Ingredients:
1 can Hanaa Chopped Tomato with Onion
1 small onion, diced
1 cup vegetable stock
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: cream for serving
Method:
Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add Hanaa Chopped Tomato and stock. Simmer 10–15 minutes. Blend until smooth. Season and serve, with a drizzle of cream if desired.
