Shakshouka with Hanaa Tomato
Ingredients:
1 can Hanaa Chopped Tomato
2–3 eggs
1 bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method:
Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Add Hanaa Chopped Tomato, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Crack eggs on top and cook until set. Serve with bread.
